Terms of Service for Sparkle Maids 4U

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Sparkle Maids 4U provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Nassau and Queens Counties, New York. Services include:
- One-time deep cleaning
- Recurrent cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
3. Service Scheduling and Cancellations
- Scheduling: Services are scheduled by phone or online request form
- Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees
- Rescheduling: Available with 24 hours notice
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Returned checks subject to $35 fee plus service charges
- Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide safe access to property
- Secure pets during service
- Provide working utilities (water, electricity)
- Remove valuable or fragile items from cleaning areas
- Notify us of special cleaning requirements or hazards
6. Service Guarantee
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service:
- Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
- We will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge
- Guarantee applies to services performed, not client expectations beyond scope
7. Liability
- Sparkle Maids 4U is fully insured and bonded
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours
- Maximum liability limited to service fee for that visit
8. Privacy
Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with updated effective date.
