Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, Sparkle Maids 4U is fully insured and bonded. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect your property and give you peace of mind.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don't need to be present. Many of our clients provide us with access to their home or business and go about their day. We'll secure your property when we're finished.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific products you'd like us to use, we're happy to accommodate your preferences.

Pricing & Scheduling

How do you determine pricing?

Our pricing is based on several factors including the size of your property, the type of service needed, and the frequency of cleanings. We provide free, no-obligation quotes tailored to your specific needs.

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?

Absolutely! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules at discounted rates. Regular clients enjoy priority scheduling and special pricing.

How far in advance should I schedule?

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance, especially during peak seasons. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to adjust our schedule and potentially fill the time slot. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

What's included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning and sanitizing, kitchen cleaning, and trash removal. We can customize the service to focus on areas most important to you.

What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

Deep cleaning is more thorough and time-intensive. It includes everything in a standard cleaning plus detailed work like baseboard cleaning, inside appliances, window tracks, light fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas. We recommend deep cleaning for first-time service or seasonally.

Do you clean windows?

Yes! Interior window cleaning is included in our deep cleaning service. Exterior window cleaning can be added for an additional fee, depending on accessibility and the number of windows.

Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?

Yes! We use environmentally friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and the environment while still being highly effective.

Quality & Satisfaction

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

Are your cleaners background checked?

Absolutely. All our cleaning professionals undergo thorough background checks and are carefully vetted before joining our team. We only hire trustworthy, experienced professionals.

Will I have the same cleaning team each time?

We try to assign the same team to regular clients for consistency. This allows our team to become familiar with your preferences and home. However, occasional team changes may occur due to scheduling.
