  • Change sheets and make the bed (if requested and bed set provided)

We understand that unexpected changes in your schedule may come up. We do our best to be flexible and fair to both our customers and our cleaning professionals.

 

  • No-Fee Cancellation: You can cancel or reschedule your service without a fee up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
 

Cancellation Fees: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee.


  • Short Notice Cancellation Fee: 50% of the maximum estimated price – Applies to cancellations made with 12-24 hours notice.
  • Last-Minute Cancellation/No-Shows: 75% of the maximum estimated price – Applies to cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to your appointment, or if the cleaning professional is unable to access your space within 20 minutes after your appointment.

PRODUCTS: The following cleaning products are recommended for your home cleaning. You can provide them yourself or add them to your cleaning service

  • Pine Sol all purpose cleaner
  • Lysol Disinfectant Spray
  • Clorox Disinfecting Wipes
  • Clorox Multi-Surface Cleaner
  • Windex Vinegar Glass Cleaner 
  • Soft scrub all purpose surface cleaner
  • Clorox or Lysol toilet bowl cleaner
  • Quick Shine floor finish
  • Baking Soda
  • White vinegar 
  • Paper Towels
  • Rubber gloves

 

EQUIPMENT. We ask that you have the following equipment available and accessible to the service professional:

  • Full-size Vacuum Cleaner with attachments and replacement bags (or, add the Vacuum service to your order)
  • Clean Mop and Bucket
  • Dustpan and Broom
  • Rags and Paper Towels
  • Sponges and Scrubbing Brushes
  • Toilet Brush
  • Garbage Bags

To provide the best cleaning service possible to your home we can add by request and an extra cost one or all our Extra Sparkle Instructions:

  • Clean Inside Fridge
  • Clean Inside Oven
  • Include cleaning supplies to your service
  • Dust Ceiling Fans/Walls (client provides safe stool/ladder)
  • Changing towels and bed sheets
  • Window Blinders/Shutter
  • Clean inside kitchen cabinets 
  • Laundry chores
  • Pick up toys
  • Wash dishes

Tips are not expected. If you do choose to tip for a job well done, you may be looking for guidance about how much to tip. Tip amounts, while entirely up to you, are commonly 15% of the cost of service.

Tips may be paid via cash, electronic payment or check to your cleaning partner. 

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service you received, please notify our team at Sparkle Maids 4U, LLC  at 516-628-6546 within 24 hours after your appointment.
